Título: The Celebration Reverberation (El Eco de la Celebración).

Sheldon hace una celebración de cumpleaños temática para Amy (¿Un tema de La casita en la pradera?) que no sale bien, porque compran comida en mal estado. Fue divertido y lindo.

Sheldon y Amy tienen coito fuera de la pantalla. Después de que se sienten mejor, luego de la intoxicación alimentaria, van a la fiesta de cumpleaños de Halley. Todos están dentro de la casa, excepto ellos, porque ven un castillo inflable que Raj y Howard armaron para la fiesta. Sheldon y Amy piensan tener sexo ahí, pero luego piensan en todo lo que saltarían ahí y deciden buscar una habitación extra.

Howard organiza una fiesta para Halley y le pide ayuda a Raj, a pesar de la tensión entre ellos desde el episodio anterior, pero ambos consiguen superarlo al final del episodio.

Leonard y Penny tienen una trama más corta, pero que podría terminar sintiéndose diferente cuando salga al aire. El hermano de Leonard le envía una tarjeta navideña en la que este presume (involuntariamente) de todos los logros que él consiguió durante el año, esto disgusta a Leonard, que decide hacer su propia lista de cosas geniales que le pasaron durante el año, sin embargo, no se le ocurre nada. Al día siguiente, Penny se despierta (ella sale en pijamas) y encuentra a su esposo todavía empeñado en hacer su lista. Él realmente se sintió enojado por no encontrar nada que apuntar, pero Penny no. La actitud de ella era como «somos felices, ¿por qué te preocupas?». Leonard y Penny conversan sobre su matrimonio, Leonard reflexiona si están yendo hacia alguna parte, cree que tal vez deberían tener su propia casa y un bebé. Penny está de acuerdo, pero juguetonamente dice que todavía tienen tiempo para ello, que ella todavía quiere verse delgada y hacer dinero. Entonces, deciden hacer un viaje a la isla Catalina, para divertirse, pero sus planes se ven interrumpidos por la fiesta de Halley. La trama se sentía muy linda, divertida y correcta.

Trama Lenny

Penny llega a casa y trae el correo, incluyendo una tarjeta de Navidad del hermano de Leonard, pero este no está emocionado, se pregunta sarcásticamente si es otra tarjeta en la que muestra a toda su familia, sus perros y caballos, todos con pijamas que hacen juego. Si es eso, no quiero verlo, agrega. Penny dice que a pesar de todo es muy lindo verlo, sobre todo porque los pijamas de la gente tienen pequeños caballos y los pijamas de los caballos tiene alguna gente. Luego menciona que según la tarjeta, su hermano trabajó en una organización sin fines de lucro, construyendo casa en Ruanda (algo así, no estoy seguro si era de la tarjeta, pero estaba ahí). Leonard repite eso en tono burlón, lo que implica la jactancia de su hermano. Penny, dice, «buen punto, no lo había visto de esa manera».

En una segunda escena, Penny ve a Leonard cerca de la pizarra, explica que está tratando de pensar en todas las cosas geniales que hicieron el año pasado, para elaborar una lista. Ella pregunta si puede ayudar y él acepta, pero luego de un rato a ninguno se les ocurre nada. Entonces, Penny sugiere algo: «Buenas carreras», pero Leonard dice que a él le quitaron su proyecto de la fuerza aérea y a ella no le gusta realmente la venta de fármacos. Penny dice, «¿qué tal si solo escribimos ‘todavía empleados’?». Entonces, lo escriben así.

Leonard menciona su segundo aniversario, pero Penny dice, «pero lo olvidamos un poco». Al final acuerdan escribir «todavía casados».

Fue muy gracioso, Johnny y Kaley lo hicieron fenomenal. A muchos les encantará esos momentos de sarcasmo.

Tercera escena. Penny sale de la habitación en pijama y ve a Leonard, que se quedó despierto toda la noche, ella pregunta qué sucede y él dice que se intentó inventar más cosas para la lista. Y hacen algunas bromas más, unas algo asquerosas (nada importante).

Entonces, se dan cuenta que pueden echarle una mirada a la galería de sus teléfonos, para intentar refrescar su memoria. Luego de ver las fotos se preguntan: «¿Ese fue el día en el casi fuimos a la playa? No, esa foto es del día que casi vamos a las montañas… Lo mejor de California es que puedes cerca la playa y la montaña a la que casi puedes ir cualquier día».

En la cuarta escena, Penny le pregunta a Leonard la razón para darle tanta importancia a la lista. Leonard siente que todo el mundo está avanzando, y que ellos deberían pensar en hacerlo también. Como tener una casa o tener un hijo. Penny está de acuerdo en que son buenas cosas, pero que hay un montón de cosas que le gustaría hacer antes. «¿Cómo qué?», pregunta Leonard. «Como mantenerme delgada y tener dinero», dice Penny. Llegan a un punto medio, como ella menciona que nunca han realizado un gran viaje juntos, que sería el momento de realizar uno. Y acuerdan ir de excursión a la isla Santa Catalina.

En la quinta escena, vemos una escena pregrabada. Están rumbo a Santa Catalina. Leonard pregunta sobre qué harán allá. Penny dice que ir de excursión, viajar en kajak… y no que no sabe qué hará él. Leonard pregunta si habrá un banco desde el cual pueda mirar el mar. Para él eso es suficiente.

El cumpleaños de Halley

Alguien le pregunta a Howard si piensa celebrar el primer cumpleaños de Halley, ya que coincide con el cumpleaños de Amy y todo eso. Howard dice que no hará nada, ella es una bebé, Bernadette está en reposo y varias otras razones.

Más adelante en el episodio, dice que sí habrá fiesta de cumpleaños para Halley, y que será mañana porque aparentemente «solo un monstruo sin corazón» no celebraría el primer cumpleaños de su hija (está claro que esas fueron las palabras de Bernadette). Como Raj todavía no quiere hablar con él, Howard busca a Stuart, para que básicamente este planifique toda la fiesta. Stuart acepta, aquí hay algunas bromas sobre Stuart y su relación con las fiestas, pero a último momento se echa para atrás, porque se abre una nueva clínica pública donde puede realizar una colonoscopia gratis. Así que Howard no tiene más remedio que acudir a Raj. Y vemos el departamento de Raj, creo que por primera vez ¿no?

Raj primero se niega, pero luego acepta, aunque deja claro que no lo hace por Howard, sino por Halley, ya que la quiere mucho.

En algún momento, Howard entra al castillo inflable ubicado en el jardín trasero, mientras Raj está ahí. Raj lo trajo para los amigos de Halley, pero aparentemente ninguno vino porque enfermaron o algo así. Raj y Howard comienzan a discutir. Raj le reclama sobre por qué hace todo tan difícil para ambos, Howard se emociona y le grita que es porque es su mejor amigo. Y entonces empuja a Raj, pero como están en el castillo inflable, este rebota y se pone de pie otra vez. Al principio, Raj se enoja y hace lo mismo con Raj, empujándolo, pero luego de par de empujones, ambos comienzan a disfrutarlo. Y lo pasan bien.

Shamy

Sheldon planea todo un fin de semana de cumpleaños para Amy (el domingo es su verdadero cumpleaños). También planea el coito, por supuesto. El tema de la celebración es «La Pequeña Casa en la Pradera», para lo cual él piensa cocinar lo tradicional de esa época para ella, entre otras cosas.

Cuando Amy llega a casa, supongo que el sábado por la noche, encuentra velas encendidas y pregunta si se cortó la electricidad. Sheldon le dice que es su sorpresa de cumpleaños. Ella grita de felicidad y se abrazan. Se sientan en la mesa y comen. Toda la comida fue prepara al estilo tradicional y la verdad es que no sabe muy bien. Pero como le tomó 9 horas prepararla, Sheldon está orgulloso. A Amy no le gusta la comida.

Después, los dos se pasan al sofá. Sheldon va a leerle unos relatos tradicionales del siglo XIX, o algo así. Pero solo lee un par de líneas cuando Amy le pregunta si no siente que hace calor. Eso a Sheldon le gusta, «vaya, todavía no había llegado a las partes sucias». Pero Amy le dice que no se siente bien, que siente algo raro en el estómago. Sheldon dice que él también puede sentirlo, «quizás sean los calambres violentos de la excitación», lo que causó mucha risa. Luego vino una línea que olvidé. Sheldon se excusa, porque tiene que refrescarse y corre al baño. Amy lo escucha vomitar. Ella le grita si saldrá pronto y él le dice que demorará un minuto. Amy grita, «no tengo ese minuto», y corre hacia el fregadero de la cocina y comienza a vomitar también.

Luego vino una escena pregrabada, con ambos acostados en la cama, exhaustos y cubiertos de sudor, muy cansados… Se preguntan si podrán siquiera dormir un poco. Sheldon cree que se desmayó una vez. Entonces, él comenta que «es el momento de su regalo anual de coito». Amy le dice que cómo puede pensar en sexo en ese momento. No recuerdo la respuesta, pero es algo así como «porque soy hombre», etc. Amy se resigna, «está bien, pero ¿podrías hacerlo en silencio y sin tocarme?»

Amy dice que se siente cansada, agotada, como si la cabeza le diera vueltas y hubiera corrido una milla (no es exactamente eso, es algo más fuerte, pero enumera todas las razones por las que se siente todavía se siente mal). Sheldon le dice: «para que te sientas mejor también, ¿cierto?»

Luego los vemos en la casa de los Howardette, para el cumpleaños de Halley. Alguien les pregunta cómo se siente y ellos dicen que ya están mejor. Entonces, todos entran cuando Bernie dice que Halley ya se despertó, pero Shamy se queda en el patio. Ven el castillo inflable y se miran como «¿estás pensando lo mismo que yo?». Y dicen: «Saltemos en el castillo inflable y luego busquemos una habitación desocupada para tener coito». Esa creo que fue la escena final.

Durante el episodio también hay una escena en la que Raj y su padre hablan sobre todas las razones por las que Howard ha sido cruel con Raj. No puedo recordarlas todas. Y para ser justos, en el episodio 10 Howard decía varias bromas ofensivas sobre Raj, una tras otra, así que había lógica en el reclamo. Sin embargo, la sentí algo forzada, porque Howard normalmente no es tan malo con Raj, creo.

Shamy: Sheldon making a themed birthday celebration for Amy (?House on the prairie? themed) that doesn’t go well (they get food poisoning). It was fun and cute

2nd plot – Howard is making a birthday party for Halley and asks for Raj’s help (tension between them since previous episode but they kinda make up in the end )

Lenny had I would say a sub-plot since it did feel a little shorter than 2 other ones, but it might feel different in the aired episode. Leonard’s brother sent them a Christmas card and Leonard was annoyed that his brother was (unintentionally) bragging about all his achievements this year and he tried to think up of all the cool things he and penny did this year but he could think of nothing. He was really bothered by that but penny wasn’t, she was like – ‘we’re happy, what r you worried about?’

I might post a bigger TR later if I have time but I don’t have a great memory

Shamy supposedly have off screen coitus yes. After they’re feeling better after the food poisoning they go to Halleys birthday party. Everyone goes inside the house except them, they see a ?bouncy castle? (English is not my native language) that Howard and raj built for Halley’s party and I think they suggest having sex there? But then they’re like let’s just jump there and find a spare bedroom lol : O

I found it a lil bit OOC but still awesome!!

Also someone asked – penny was in pijamas for Lenny’s last scene. It was supposedly morning, she went out to the kitchen and saw that Leonard stayed up all night trying to fill up the list with all the fun things / achievements they did that year. After that they talk and decide to do a daily trip to ?catalina island?. But it gets interrupted with halley’s birthday party

Lenny part is prob very accurate cause they’ve had less scenes and I was seated like directly across 4A, and they had simpler dialogue.

Halley’s plot and Shamy plot definitely miss some things / are more condensed.

First Lenny scene :

Penny comes home and brings the mail including Leonard’s brother’s Christmas card, Leonard’s not excited to see it, he wonders sarcastically if it’s another card with his brother and all his family and all his dogs and all his horses in matching pijamas, if it is he doesn’t wanna see it. Penny says ‘awww but it’s so cute, the people’s pajamas have little horses on them and the horses pajamas have little people’. Then she says ‘hey look it’s so cool , it says your brother worked in a non profit organization building houses in Rwanda’ (something like that, I’m not exactly sure why it would be on a Christmas card but it was there) Leonard repeats that in a mocking tone, implying his brother’s bragging. Penny says ‘huh, good point, didn’t see it that way’

Second scene – Penny sees Leonard near the white board, he explains he’s trying to think of all the cool stuff they did this year and come up with a list. She asks if she can help and he says – ‘yeah, can you think of something?’ They kinda stare into the space for a while and can’t think of anything. Then penny suggested writing down having good careers – and Leonard was like ‘yeah, but I did get my air force project taken away from me, and you’re not crazy about pharmaceutical sales’.

Then Penny says ‘…. how about… we just write down still employed?’ So they wrote that down.

Then Leonard suggested the fact they had their second anniversary and Penny says thinkingly ‘but we did kinda forget about it…’ and they were like how about we just write down ‘still married’?

It was really funny, Johnny and Kaley were killing it I think, I love their self-sarcastic moments. Idk if shippers will see it that way but for me it was very funny

Third scene – Penny gets out of the bedroom wearing her pajamas , sees Leonard stayed up all night, wonders what he was doing, he says he tried to come up with more stuff for the list. There are a few jokes that are kinda gross haha (nothing important or related to their love life)

Then they figure out ok let’s just browse through our phone feeds and see some pics to jog our memory.. (Johnny messed up on the first take, he forgot my prop phone) they see some pics and are like – was that the day we almost went to the beach? No , thats the day we almost went to the mountains… They say that’s what’s great about California is that it has both mountains and the beach that you can almost go to on the same day

Fourth scene I’ve already described pretty much. Penny’s asking Leonard why it bothers him so much, he says because it feels like everybody’s moving forward, like should we think about it too – buying a house, having a child ? Penny says yes I wanna do all those things but there’s a bunch of stuff I wanna do first ! Leonard asks like what, she says ‘ like stay thin and have money’.

Then they kinda come to a middle ground – she says they’ve never taken a big trip together so far, do you wanna take one? Then they settle on doing a day trip to santa Catalina island.

Fifth scene is a tiny pretaped one – they’re on the road to Santa Catalina, Leonard is asking – what we’re gonna do there? – Penny says ‘Im gonna be hiking and kayaking, I don’t know what YOU’re gonna do’ Leonard wonders if there’s a bench overlooking the ocean and says that will be enough.

Halleys birthday party plot

Somebody (guys in the cafeteria?) ask Howard if they’re gonna celebrate Halley’s first birthday, like, it coincides with Amy’s and all that. Howard says nahh we’re not doing anything – she’s one, Bernadette’s on bed rest, etc.

Later on in the episode he declares Halleys birthday party is tomorrow because apparently ‘only a heartless monster’ won’t celebrate his child’s first birthday (implying bernie’s words). Since Raj still won’t talk to him he seeks Stuart’s help. Basically he needs Stuart to plan all of the party. Stuart first agrees (some funny jokes about Stuart and parties) then bails at the last minute cause a spot for a free colonoscopy in a public clinic suddenly opened up 😂 , so Howard has to enlist Raj’s help. There we see raj’s new apartment I think for the first time?

Raj first disagrees but then agrees saying he’s not doing it for Howard but for Halley, he loves her.

Then some other party details probably.

Then at some point (don’t remember how or why it happened) Howard gets in the bouncy castle in the backyard while Raj is inside it (Raj brought it for Halley’s friends, but no friends showed up cause kids got sick or something). They’re arguing and Raj is really angry – like ‘why are you making this so difficult??’ Howard is emotional and says ‘because you’re my best… my best friend… ‘ and pushed him to the chest angrily so Raj falls, but cause it’s a bouncy castle jumps back up . First he’s angry at Howard for pushing him but after a couple more pushes they realize it’s fun and go like ‘do you wanna go together at the same time ?’ And have fun with it

Shamy

Sheldon is planning a birthday weekend for Amy (with Sunday being her actual birthday). (Ofc annual coitus is also planned). The theme of the birthday celebration is little house on the prairie. He decides to cook traditional food for her, etc

There are a couple scenes with him and the guys / him and Lenny about the birthday , not really important

When Amy comes home I’m assuming Saturday evening she sees candles lit up, she asks if electricity went out. Sheldon says no, it’s your birthday surprise . She screams from happiness and runs to hug him. They sit at the table and eat, all the food he’s prepared is traditional and doesn’t sound very delicious, but it took him 9 hours to prepare so he’s kinda proud.

Amy doesn’t like the food

Afterwords they move to the couch, he was gonna read her some traditional 19th century ?lymerics?, but he’s only able to read a couple lines before Amy asks – ‘do you think it’s getting hot in here?’ Sheldons like – ‘wow, I haven’t even gotten to the dirty part yet’. But Amy states she’s not feeling well, she feels something weird in her stomach. Sheldon answers that he can feel it too, maybe those are first ‘violent cramps of arousal’ (something along those lines, it was very funny). Then there was some line I forgot, then Sheldon excuses himself saying he has to freshen up and runs to the bathroom, and Amy hears him puking. She yells asking if he’s gonna be out soon and he says ‘a minute’ and Amy shouts ‘I don’t have a minute’, jumps up and runs to the kitchen sink to puke.

Next was a pretaped scene when they are laying on the bed exhausted & covered in sweat & very tired… They ask each other did you manage to get some sleep, Sheldon says he thinks he passed out on a toilet once. Then he’s like ‘now time for your annual coitus gift’. Amy asks him, exhausted , how can he even think of sex. I don’t remember his answer, something along the lines of ‘I’m a man’, etc. She then says – ‘ok, can you do it silently and without touching me?’

Then Amy says something like ‘I’m tired, I’m exhausted, my head’s spinning, I feel like I ran a mile ‘ (not exactly that, something stronger, basically listing all the ways how she’s still feeling awful physically after that night) and Sheldon replies ‘so you’re feeling better too, right?’

Then we see them at Howardette’s for Halley’s bday, Leonard or one of the guys asks them if they’re feeling better, they say yeah. Then everybody goes inside when Bernie says Halley woke up, Shamy stay in the yard. They see a bouncy castle and they’re like … are you thinking what im thinking? Let’s go jump in the bouncy castle and then find a spare room to have coitus in : O

I think it was the tag

Also somebody asked – In this episode, Raj (and Raj’s dad) did mention specific reasons why Howard was bad to Raj I think, I just can’t remember them. And to be fair, in episode 10 Howard was making one offensive joke to Raj after another, so there was logic in it. It did feel a little unnatural though cause Howard normally is not THAT mean to Raj I think.
